Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping to eligible delivery addresses in the United States. The available shipping option and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing starts after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after processing. The combined estimate is approximately 8–13 business days from order placement. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take a little time to become active after the parcel is shipped.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, contact us at support@ouraabaya.com so we can review the available options.

Delayed, lost, or delivered packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. Contact us if the issue continues and we will help review it with the carrier. Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Taxes and import charges

If any taxes, duties, or import charges are assessed by a carrier or government authority, those charges are the customer's responsibility unless the checkout specifically states otherwise.
