How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on every order.

How can I choose my size?

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, contact us with your measurements and we will be happy to help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are sent to processing quickly, so changes or cancellations are not available after an order has been placed. Please review your details carefully before checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact support@ouraabaya.com before sending anything back; the return address is provided by email.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
