We want you to feel confident shopping with Oura Abaya. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, for any reason.
How to request a return
Email us at support@ouraabaya.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, once approved, send the return instructions and return address by email.
Please do not send an item to a supplier or manufacturer before receiving our instructions.
Return conditions
Items should be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or missing its original packaging, we may reduce or decline the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sale and promotional items are covered by this 30-day return policy unless the product listing states otherwise.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Refunds
After your return is delivered, we will inspect the item and email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@ouraabaya.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the available solution.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been placed because processing begins shortly after checkout.
